Rofin-Baasel is a leading manufacturer of lasers & laser processing systems.

Rofin has been supplying laser solutions worldwide for 25 years and has over 15,000 lasers installed. We build CO2, Nd:YAG and diode lasers, along with a variety of beam delivery systems such as fibre optic and galvanometer. We design systems using them for marking/engraving, cutting, welding, and other surface treatments such as ablation, cladding and hardening.

CO2 lasers are available from 100 to 20,000W. A technology highlight is the sealed "Slab" technology, which eliminates flowing gases. This is patented above 500W and is available up to 5,000W.
Nd:YAG lasers use diode or lamp pumping (cw or pulsed). Output from 20W to 6,000W.
Diode lasers are the newest technology for heat treatment and welding, output from 30 to 6,000W with up to 50% efficiency.
We are world leaders in laser marking systems, which incorporate frequency-doubled as well as cw -YAG and CO2 lasers.
