XL Precision Technologies invests in the future with 3 new apprentices embarking on a 44-month programme in laser and EDM manufacturing technologies.
All three will start with a 12 month programme of rotating experience. Chloe has received training and been verified on laser marking and pneumatic forming.
Takudzwa is currently working with our Development engineers on a mixture of 3D laser printing, EDM wiring, precision pressings and assembly work.
Joe has started in our tool room – on lathes and high-speed milling processes. He has also been involved in 3D metal laser sintering.
XL Precision is investing in the future to support rapid business growth. The company also expects a 25% increase in production operator numbers in 2021.
