The BLM GROUP presented its new laser sheet-cutting system LS7 at EuroBLECH 2022.
LS7 is the innovative 2D laser-cutting system that allows processing of a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, iron, aluminum or copper, with consistent and high-quality results. The machine integrates into existing production processes with all the advantages of fiber lasers, including lower energy consumption, low maintenance and cutting of highly reflective materials.
- Metal cutting at 2g acceleration: Take advantage of axis acceleration up to 2g to optimise processing cycles and minimise waiting times.
- Pallet change in 9 seconds: It only takes a few seconds to extract the laser-cut parts and load the new sheet metal.
- Superior cutting quality: No burrs on metals of any thickness. The laser-cutting head automatically adapts to the thickness of the material to ensure a clean and precise cut. Constant quality of processing and in line with the most stringent expectations, thanks to specific technological solutions that automatically intervene in different thicknesses and materials (stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, copper, and others).
