The Welding and Laser Processing Centre at Cranfield University provides contract R&D services for all forms of joining technology. This ranges from high power laser welding through laser hybrid to laser micro-joining. Conventional arc processes are also available. The Centre has a large additive manufacture research activity as well. The Centre runs a welding MSc which also covers welding and this can be attended as a separate CPD course.
