SUMMARY:AILU's Early Career Researchers Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nFounded in 2017\, AILU’s Early Career Researchers (ECRs) Group represents the next generation of laser industry and academic professionals. The Group\, operating as a committee with an elected Chair and Secretary\, is spread across research centres and industrial manufacturers both in the UK and Europe. \nOn Wednesday 6th December the Group will host a morning seminar followed by a tour of the new Advanced Manufacturing Group facilities at the University of Manchester. The members of the Committee will give short presentations highlighting the current focus of their research or application area. \nThe seminar is open to AILU members and non-members and would be of interest to those who might join this group or would benefit from networking with this enthusiastic and talented pool of individuals. \n  \nProgramme\n09:30 -10:00    Registration & Refreshments                                                                         \n10:00 -10:05    Welcome.
