When producing an ALE multibeam anilox engraving, any change in focus—regardless of the lens used—causes the alignment of the two or three beams to shift. Traditionally, operators had to manually adjust the trimming values every time the focus distance changed, a process that often-required multiple test runs and significantly increased setup time.
The new EasyTrim technology eliminates this manual effort entirely. Using an advanced algorithm, the system now automatically recalculates the trimming values whenever the focus changes. Operators no longer need to make manual adjustments to realign the beams, resulting in faster setup and greater overall efficiency.
EasyTrim provides an additional advantage: once the optimal sharp focus position for any lens is saved, the machine can automatically return to that exact point with a single push of a button.
