The new FLW-Le, mid-range robotic 3 kW fibre laser welding cell will highlight features aimed at higher productivity and lower cost-per-part. With a rotating setup table built-in to the protection cabin, throughput is higher as the next part can be prepared while the current part is being welded. AMADA’s original Beam Weaving technology will also be shown, allowing wider gaps in the sheet metal parts to be processed, whilst maintaining a high quality finish. The Teaching Assist System (TAS) and offline VPSS 4ie WELD CAM virtually eliminate manual programming, again increasing machine uptime.
