Cyklop Needham announces the departure of Aled Ellis, who has stepped down from his role as Managing Director after more than 20 years of transformative leadership.
Graeme Kelly, current Managing Director of Cyklop UK, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Cyklop Needham. Graeme will continue in his role at Cyklop UK while also taking on this expanded leadership position. His appointment reflects a strategic alignment across the Cyklop Group and ensures continuity, integration, and shared direction across both organisations.
Aled’s career at the company began in the early 2000s, and over two decades he helped shape Cyklop Needham into the business it is today. He was instrumental in the launch and growth of Needham Inks, Needham Coding, and Needham Laser, building a portfolio of specialist divisions that positioned the company as a respected UK manufacturer with global reach. Aled also led the company through its strategic acquisition by Cyklop International, securing long-term stability while retaining its innovative edge and entrepreneurial spirit.
