Cutting Technologies is always on the lookout for ways to stay ahead of the curve and give its customers even more choice, flexibility and quality – and that’s why it has just invested in a new LSE110 fibre laser engraver.
The LSE110 is a UK-built 30 W fibre engraver known as one of the most cost-effective machines in its class. Designed and manufactured by HPC Laser, it’s the ideal bridge between lighter CO₂-based engraving and the more industrial fibre laser systems.
This machine opens the door to direct engraving on uncoated metals without needing ceramic marking compounds – all while keeping the footprint compact and user-friendly.
This new engraver fills a sweet spot in Cut-Tec’s line-up. It is perfect for:
• Engraving small to medium metal components (ideal for items under 200mm cubed)
• Producing permanent, high-contrast markings like barcodes, serial numbers, and logos
• Jobs where detail, repeatability and speed matter most
With marking speeds of up to 3000mm/s, this machine can really shift – making it ideal for short-run, high-precision jobs as well as more repeatable batch work.
Key Features:
• ±0.002mm working accuracy – that’s some serious precision
• CE certified, UK built and supported
• Motor-driven Z-axis with dual red-dot pointers for easy and accurate focal height setting
• Flexible EZCAD software – compatible with all the usual design file formats (AI, DXF, PLT etc.)
• Optional rotary and foot-switch setups, and a drilled & tapped bed for jig mounting
Customers looking for fine detail, crisp engraving on smaller metal parts – especially aluminium, stainless steel, brass, or titanium – this machine now makes Cut-Tec more competitive than ever.
Whether it’s QR codes for traceability, serial numbers for quality assurance, or just adding that extra level of branding – CutTec has got the tool to do it faster, cleaner and with unbeatable consistency.
