The Nitrogen Supply Company (NSC) has introduced Oil Shield™ – the most advanced contamination filter, with unique filtration sequence, specially designed for laser cutting applications.

Featuring advanced multi-stage filtration technology, Oil Shield™ uses three filtration sequence; coalescing and reverse flow particulate (dust) and Activated Carbon filters— ensuring optimal protection for laser cutting systems. Designed with a high-flow architecture, Oil Shield handles flow rates of up to 492SCFM (835 Nm³/hr) without compromising performance, making it ideal for high-demand industrial environments. With connections ranging from ¼” to 1” for seamless integration into existing gas lines, its plug-n-play design features quick-swap filter elements with double O-ring seals, ensuring secure, leak-free operation and easy maintenance.
