The new hexapod BREVA S model from Symétrie is being launched, offering the high performance of the BREVA in a smaller footprint.
This design has a restricted travel range but can resolve positions even more precisely; down to 0.25 µm in translation and 1.5 µrad in rotation. These features make it ideal for high precision requirements in system designs where saving space is of upmost importance.
The BREVA hexapod models are perfect for applications spanning markets such as aerospace, optics and photonics, laboratory instrumentation, and even use in synchrotrons.
