Trotec Laser has strengthened its UK operations with the opening of a brand new laser showroom in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The laser cutting systems manufacturer has announced the official opening of the 153 m2 demo room in Newbridge, following the decision to relocate from Stirling earlier this year. The new facility provides a larger space to accommodate a wider range of Trotec’s laser cutters, engravers, marking systems and materials.
The demonstrations offer a unique opportunity for business owners and equipment specifiers to receive tailored advice and inspiration to support their buying decision when looking to invest in laser equipment. Trotec offers a one-to-one demonstration experience for visitors to trial and test a variety of laser cutting and engraving equipment using different materials and designs.
Chris Green, Trotec’s Area Manager for Scotland, said: “I am looking forward to supporting businesses with laser training and advice from the new unit. We’ve kitted it out with a wide range of Trotec lasers and a host of product displays and samples to inspire and inform prospective buyers.
“We aim to support our customers throughout the buying experience and this starts with showing them the differences between laser sources, features and functions so that they can make an informed decision about which system is going to meet the needs of their business now and in the future.”
Trotec has six showrooms across the UK and Ireland providing highly tailored demonstrations which include return on investment calculations, quality testing and time trials across a wide range of laser systems, including CO2 and fibre sources with ceramic, glass or RF technology.
Bryan Jater, Sales Director for Trotec UK and Ireland, said “Our new Edinburgh showroom is the next step in the evolution of Trotec in the UK. With a larger and more modern showroom in Edinburgh, we can offer a more complete experience for businesses in Scotland, further strengthening our customer service and support offering.”
During their time at the showroom, visitors can preview and test Trotec’s range of engraving materials, from plastic laminates, woods, acrylic and metals. There are also a range of inspiring samples and applications created using Trotec materials and laser systems which help showroom visitors to visualise real-world opportunities and profit-generating ideas for their business.
The first laser demo days are being held on 26th to 28th June, with regular availability for appointments thereafter. To book your showroom appointment visit www.troteclaser.com or call 0191 580 1182.
